Bud Halkins is used to having things handed to him. He spent his high school days as the star quarterback, and most popular kid in school. He's been dating Stacey, the head cheerleader from his high school for a long time, and unlike Stacey, Bud is very much aware of Alex's feelings for her. Bud is narcissistic, arrogant, and takes sadistic pleasure at torturing Alex about his crush an Stacey, and will never miss a chance to remind him. This year Alex was finally getting away from his high school tormenter, but unfortunately Alex isn't aware that NYCCU has assembled a football team for this semester....and unfortunately, Bud hasn't matured much since High School.
