David Rosenberg found himself as the epicenter of the “supers outbreak” after being hand selected by Sergeant Brant as his new partner on his first day on the force. Newly married and struggling, Rookie barely graduated police academy, scraping through on raw determination and guts. Despite being young, Rookie has an “old fashioned” approach to police work, and while he respects his partner immensely, he does not always approve of Brant’s “outside of the box” methods.
